we booked a week in advance and let the restaurant know that all four of us are vegan. the chef prepared us an amazing three-course menu. it was so imaginatiw, full of different textures and aromes. we were absolutely enthusiastic and did not. leave a single crumb. the fertile velouté and the wide bores were so delicious that we still talk about them. Maybe the best early rolls we've ever eaten. many thanks to the chef; we are so used, salat and chips are offered as the only vegan possibilty so that our heads were blown! beautiful location also in the heart of the medieval cité with a view of the shlucht.

we had the lamb and a dessert as recommended. service was excellent, the table we reserved was right in the corner to see the valley. we stayed up, so we parked in the park and went down. thought. we had to go up after the meal, but a good thing! only one warning, the set menu is exactly the same as their sister restaurant at the top of the hill .where we had eaten the night before (also excellent), but I think the set menu copy was a shame and not necessary to take into account the quality of the feeds.

you carved on the table leg of lamb with white bons and au gratin kartoffeln is to the for! pretty portions. so different from us or az lamm as filet mignon is of round steak. every bit as good as the English spring lamb. my wife had. the risotto with truffles, also delicious. I had a delicious dizzy [you would never know] starter and we shared a bottle very nice chardonay. the bill was a 100 € included and was a bargain for this quality to eat.

It was so fresh and perfectly cooked, vegetarian/gluten free/lactose free friendly, I think you can manage with the staff many options depending your allergies. The service was impeccable and the view amazing. Try to call ahead for reservation not always needed but it is...nice to ask the table by the balcony with the view !!! Very nice experience, we went 2 times and it worth it so much !!!
