Me and my partner went here for a date night and we were not very impressed with the service, food and price. Service was slow even though it wasn't very busy tables when we entered and when we left). The food was bland,...over cooked and some were burnt beyond exceptable standards. The chips tastesed like they were cooked in dirty oil and the only things that had seasoning were the chips and the coleslaw otherwise there was just a strong overuse of garlic in the sides such as mushrooms and potatos. Not at all what we expected or is advertised on the website. I will be contacting trading standards. Absolutely not rodizio style or cooked in the traditional churrasco way. Not a skewer in site!!! Very cheap meat cooked on bbq plate already cut, bone, grizzle...and burnt. I understand we are in a pandemic, but it could be still cooked correctly and sliced from skewer. This also cannot be an excuse as not one member of staff had a mask on. I am pescatarian, so I have just paid for a few small pieces of salmon and sides, cost me Yes, we did raise this at the time and were basically ignored!! Absolutly horrendous and massively disappointed.
As it was a Mongolian BBQ your choices were yours of types of meats, poultry or seafood. All the protein, and vegetables were fresh and kept well chilled for your BBQ selection. The sauces and spices were ok, needed to have a little more...traditional sauces and pastes, but a decent selection. The service charge is optional and we left it as the team was very hardworking, busy keeping the food cooking. Would recommend for large groups and the experience. Note: Dont use the bar to judge the restaurant, the greeting there was less than welcoming.

Visited on September on Brazilian for a romantic evening! The atmosphere was amazing with attentive and extremely pleasant staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of the food was second to none. Great value for money with an endless combination of food...options. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would highly recommend a visit for a great dining experience. Well done and thank you to all of the Jenkos staff who made our evening so special. Look forward to visiting again soon.
Having used here many times previously was very disappointed with the carvery. The food was very bland compared to past visits, normally vibrant with flavours. The dinner is expensive enough at over per person they have now added a service charge onto the bill...without asking, upon checking about this we could have refused to pay the extra charge as not advised about it prior to ordering. Shan't be rushing back for bland food at those prices
Come last night and was told we’d have to pay to taste a sip of beer?? left immediately. Shocking service given, not a nice welcome from workers in bar they all stood about like they don’t want to be there. We won’t return or recommend...here again.
We had an amazing family meal, easy booking, friendly staff and the Brazilian BBQ was amazing! Everyone had second serving of the meat ! Will go back again

Delicious! Lots of neat, veg and gravy. Could have done with one more roast potato but there was so much other stuff! Deffo recommend
Cold food and glass in one of the food dishes not worth the money it cost even after some discount still over priced for what is was
