Like anything great, not in the open nor easy to find. You’ll up for a nice surprise. Located in on the side of a beautiful elevation, which is rare in the Midwest, giving you a great sense of being in the middle of the woods (if sitting outside). The inside is just beautiful and gives off very nice and calm vibes. Dressed in (what I would call) traditional/rustic decor. The ambiance just makes your experience and food that much better. Just gorgeous. The restaurant is right next to an ample parking lot, and awaits you with plenty of sitting. The service is very friendly and inviting, adding to the charm of this gem of a place. The main rib($41) and the ribbed eye($58) were thinner and smaller than I used to. While they were overcrowded, we were disappointed that our server forgot, our salads and soups ordered ala Cart, before our meal. Actually, she totally forgot her. When she remembered, she apologized sincerely. No big deal, we were all able to finish our meals. Beautiful restaurant with outdoor dining and live music. Our family had many delightful culinary experiences here. In my opinion, something overpriced for what you get in comparison to other spots within 20 minutes. A great 1st time experience. We celebrated an anniversary and the restaurant had a card and a voucher waiting for us when we sat. A very nice touch. Lala, our server, was exceptional- pleasant, friendly and helpful. It wasn't crazy. Instead, it was on the terrace also with a private party on the landing over us. No music this night, but live music is played on certain nights. Call. The interior is good for a nice meeting either chic or casual night out. The bar is a beautiful muzzle with a pulsating feeling, friendly staff. The guests seem to enjoy the surroundings. We're back with a group of friends. Thanks for a great evening!

My wife and I travel to Chicago to our grandparents on the 4th. To visit July. The ambience was absolutely breathtaking and the customer service was bad! The food was delicious, a bit on the expensive side, but worth every penny. If at all in the area, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, I do not believe that it is possible to leave disappointed.

Amazing atmosphere and service! We'll be back. This place also has a valet, outdoor terrace. We stood on the terrace and felt very comfortable. Enjoy the band sing in the background but easy to hear each other. Must try mushroom risotto.. I don't even eat mushrooms, but I loved it!
