Jeremiah's Italian Ice

UPDATE: we've returned several times since my original post and I'm happy to report there's been a big change in the service level. They have someone take orders in the drive thru line and the servers are kind and helpful. We're happy to make this our new go to.We went to try the new ice flavors (pie series). The add-ins are good, but service at this location is rough. We recently moved closer to this Redbug loc and have comehalf a dozen times. Sadly, the service ruins the experience. We'll either drive to another location or go somewhere else.

I placed an order online thinking it would be easier and faster but when I got to the window they told me I had to wait 20 minutes because they were not going to make my order til the promise time it said online even though I was standing at the pickup window. And they wouldn't cancel my order so I could just order at the window and not have to wait. Terrible customer service. I've been coming to this location for years and never had a problem til tonight.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal. The service at this location is fast, even during peak times. They rarely run out of your favorite flavors and frequently introduce new ones to keep things interesting. Additionally, they offer seasonal flavors for special occasions. The staff is friendly and there is usually ample outdoor seating available for customers to relax and enjoy their meal.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the gelato is delicious! My usual go-to is the cake batter flavor, but the new horchata flavor really blew me away. I also love the lemon flavor, which is another favorite that keeps me coming back. There is plenty of outdoor seating available, but parking can be a challenge depending on how busy the restaurant is. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service at this restaurant is top-notch and the gelato is absolutely delicious! My usual go-to flavor is cake batter, but the new horchata flavor blew me away. I also enjoy the refreshing taste of the lemon flavor. There is a lot of outdoor seating available, but finding parking can be a bit challenging, especially during peak hours.

During our vacation, my children were craving ice cream, so my friend recommended Jeremiah's. The Italian ice is amazing. I really enjoy the variety of flavors they have and the option to add layers to our ice cream cups. I just wish we had more time to sample all the flavors.

Love this place and so does my child. However, I wish that it was safer for young children and there were fences around the patio because the patio where you sit and eat is surrounded by road and parking lot where people are constantly driving through on all sides of you.

We had to wait for them to inform us that they did not have cones, only waffle cones were available with an extra charge. We were disappointed as we always loved this place. This has happened two days in a row now. Reserva una mesa ahora

This local ice cream shop is spacious and has a friendly staff. The service is very fast and they offer a wide variety of flavors. It is also very affordable and definitely worth a visit.
