First time here. I tried a November trial menu item. I think it was called a fall colors salad. The description did not state that it had chicken, so I added chicken for an upcharge when I ordered. It turns out it already had chicken, so they offered me avocado instead. I like avocado, so I accepted that substitution, but it didn't complement the flavors of the salad. The poppyseed dressing is really good, but I would like a fall-inspired dressing option to go along as a choice for this salad.

Im now convinced that if you get anything other than wings (boneless or bone-in), you should expect the worst. The food quality drastically decreases anytime. this place isnt serving chicken. although, even the buffalo chicken sandwich was quite pathetic. The meat in the sandwich was extremely thin and unsatisfying. bottom line, get wings or dont go to Chucks.

The boneless wings are fantastic! They’re cooked to perfection and generously coated in just the right amount of sauce. The chicken sandwich is delicious, and the seasoned potato wedges are simply out of this world!

Their buffalo wings are great! The wings with no sauce however are awful. They are overcooked, dry, and have no seasoning on them at all. I thought I would receive fried chicken wings. They were not good. Reserva una mesa ahora

Order options should be more clear on The Crosswicks Chicken. It seems like it comes with spinach but if you select no *additional* greens, you get none at all. Otherwise great

Incredibly fresh and delicious. Hot Shelby is amazing, and their new Cranberry Lime Cookie is decadent. The tator tots were flavored well but subpar as they tasted of old oil.

I really enjoyed the coffee drinks and sandwiches here. It's also a fun spot for taking photos. It was a great place to take my wife and sister-in-law.
