Ironically, I had been there just last week and saw the same sign next to the cash register. I politely asked if he could make an exception for me, but the employee dismissed my request with a lackluster apology that felt insincere, then turned his attention away to a co-worker. I found this behavior quite unprofessional and rude. While I considered calling him out on it, I decided to take the high road and left instead. I believe the franchise owner at this location needs to improve employee training. If the $5 donation promotion isn’t valid, it should be taken down immediately. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and as a customer, I expected better.

I am honestly an ex Subway gal and am addicted to the BLT sub here at Jersey Mike's! Not stingy with the bacon and made fresh!I have been here at this location three times in one week. Came in last night with a coworker and the two workers there were not only amazing, friendly, and made THE best BLT, but they worked well under pressure during the rush hour crowd. One guy was very rude, I observed, and was rushing them, and they handled this dirtbag in a professional manner. My best go to place from now on. You have a new fan Jersey Mike's!! My ONLY complaint is that I will get fat coming here haha! Keep up the great work and awesome sammies guys!

It's the first time I have ever been here and I stood there for five minutes without even one person acknowledging me worst service ever how are you going to stand there and smile but not say be with you in a minute and not only that it's not like theywere helping a customer there were just standing there waiting for direction I will never eat here I guess because I can't standrude customer service we just opened an office near by with over 200 people I will be sure to let each and every one of themknow to never eat here

Shame on you the manager on duty! A lady came in and. Asked nicely if there was any food she could have, said she was very hungry..the worker went and asked the manager and she said No! Come on as a company that does so well she could have given hersomething.. I immediately told the lady to order what she would like and paid for her order. Terrible customer service. A young woman with black hair interrupted me while I was placing my order and attended to the person behind me instead. Four employees ignored us for over 20 minutes, which led some other customers to leave. It wasn’t even busy at the time. I won't be returning here; I’ll be going to Firehouse from now on.

Great service and great value always. Love the double point days. You can redeem your points for free sandos. And the $5 for your second sando after 5pm promo beats cooking in the heat of Summer.
