This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike's Subs, and I feel there’s room for improvement in customer service. I was told my order was complicated, but all I wanted was to have all the ingredients of my sub served in a bowl. How is that complicated? Additionally, the food presentation could be better. I ordered a steak and cheese, but the lettuce and toppings were just carelessly piled on top of the hot meat. By the time I reached the bottom with the cold veggies, the meat had already cooled down. On the bright side, the food was quite flavorful. That said, I’m unsure if I’ll return to this location; I may try another one instead.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I think the manager on duty was Travis, and he, along with the entire staff, delivered outstanding customer service. I have a pork allergy, and they were very accommodating and understanding of my needs. The restaurant was also immaculate and well-organized. I would give the staff team a perfect score of 10. Thank you!
This is by far the most poorly managed Jersey Mike's I've ever visited. It would be almost amusing if it weren't so disappointing how little the staff seem to care about the restaurant. The food was decent, but several employees showed a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism while serving customers.
This Jersey Mike's closes at 9 PM, but when I arrived at 8:55 PM, I was informed that they were already closed. I assumed I could place an order for a sandwich until 9 PM. However, the person at the register had already closed the register drawer and put away the food. I won't be coming back.
