It seems the primary concern at this restaurant is the staff's lack of courtesy, and I couldn't agree more. On September 21, 2022, around 4:15 PM, I encountered a slender young man with black hair who struggled to follow basic instructions for preparing my sandwich. Furthermore, he displayed poor social skills. When I visit the Subway across the street, I'm always greeted with a friendly "Welcome to Subway!" but that was completely absent here. Perhaps this young man would thrive better at McDonald's, where he could practice asking, "Would you like fries with that?"
So it seems like the Main Complaint is Rude Employees and Coincidentally that 's my complaint also. In particular on 9/21/22 4:15pm the Skinny, Twerp with black hair who has a difficult time following simple directions on how My sandwich was to be made, also he doesn 't seem to have particularly good social skills. When I walk into the Subway across the street I am IMMEDIATELY Greeted with a Welcome to Subway! But no one greets you at all here. Maybe Skinny Twerp would be happier at McDonald 's. He should practice this line... Would you like fries with that ?
The food here is delicious, but the cleanliness of the establishment is quite lacking. If you take a moment to look around, you'll notice stains and food debris scattered on the counters. They even serve bread directly on the counter without any paper lining. The beverage station also shows signs of neglect and grime. While these issues might be overlooked by customers amid the rise in online orders, there’s really no excuse for the poor hygiene. It raises concerns about what might be lurking in the less visible areas of the restaurant.
I been too other jersey Mike's. With good service.But this one they don't know how too make the subs at all.I when twice. But It's horrible.Plus they charge u extra without u noticein or bring told why.they also never put the ingredients I ask for . It was just a plane sub with no taste. That cost me money .Never going again. ?

Once again, my husband had to go back to the shop to have my sandwich redone. I ordered online at different times, and both times the order was incorrect. The details are clearly printed on the receipt, so why is it so hard to get it right? The sandwiches aren’t cheap either, which makes it even more frustrating!
Need all the items that come with the sandwich that I pay for ...let me know items not available before I pay for the food. Thanks for not having bacon for my sandwich. Good try though.Buce people. Might need some help. .

Thee most inept staff work here, they never get the order correct and they keep the facility dirty. Will never go there again?

I felt discriminated staff was rude the manager said nothing.
