I went today for lunch since there isn't a Jersey Mikes near where I live, and they were so awesome about it being my first time! The lady who made my sandwich was patient and understanding, and I felt so welcomed! The guy who checked me out was excellent too! I loved the staff, and the sandwich was super good too! I would drive the 25 minutes to return just for those two! Went above and beyond to make my experience a little more comfortable and just that much more enjoyable! Thank you for the wonderful first time and sandwich! :D
I really enjoy visiting this Jersey Mike’s; it’s my favorite. However, I do have a couple of complaints. The tuna salad is heavily seasoned with black pepper, which can be quite spicy for me since I’m not a fan of spicy food. Additionally, I've noticed that there are no women working there—maybe they work in the afternoon? The staff, all of whom are men, are very nice and helpful. I absolutely love the #8 sub club; it’s the best!
We don’t visit this restaurant frequently since we live about an hour away, but their subs are absolutely amazing. I really enjoy the thinly sliced deli meats, and the mayonnaise they use is top-notch. I do wish they offered toasted subs, as I prefer them that way at other sandwich places. The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy working with each other.
So hard to find good service that is eager to help and the crew here really does a great job and you can tell they take extra pride in their work to make sure that each sub is a masterpiece. We came during a rush recently and they worked like a team to make sure the line went down quickly. I got a hot sub and it was perfect. Fresh homemade tasting bread...what is not to like.

Showed up 10 minutes prior to their posted closing time of 9pm and the door was already locked. One of the staff members simply kept yelling “we are closed”. So much for putting the customer first. I have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s but luckily Jimmy John’s was still open down the street.
Liars that aren’t actually open until 9pm. Got there at 8:50 and doors were locked, employees in there just yelled through the glass that they were closed and were very rude about them clearly closing early because they’re lazy
Everything was great. I really liked the #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak, despite it being a little messy. The root beer was also very enjoyable.
Never ever been let down here. Always consistently delicious with friendly representatives.
