Jersey Mike's Subs

I would rate this restaurant 4 stars due to the slow service. The sandwiches have consistently been excellent during my visits, but I've noticed that you should be prepared to wait—even when the place isn’t busy. While I've never been there during peak hours, my experience of waiting about 20 minutes for 2 or 3 sandwiches makes me think the wait could be much longer on a busier day or night.

The staff here are incredibly friendly! Whenever I visit Saraland, I always make a stop at Jersey Mike's before heading to Publix. The restaurant is very clean, the young team members are excellent, and the cheesesteaks are the best in town. My favorite is the #16 with added mushrooms and extra cheese! The club is a close second. I always get it Mike’s Way. I'll definitely be back!

Had a great experience at Jersey Mikes in Saraland. I want to send a shout out to KAT and JARET for making an amazing sub. I am very picky and you two knocked it out of the park. Food was amazing, and both of you did a great job with Customer Service. Keepup the good work.

What an amazing experience from the lady working this evening. She's ALL smiles. What a great employee!!! I would kill for this level of dedication at my job. She needs a raise because we will be back and disappointed if she's not her chipper self! Bravo!!!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Rarely do I leave reviews but after multiple visits I have to say I like a good sandwich but what keeps me returning is the awesome service with a smile that I always get from Haylie Lizzie and Tyler they are a great asset to the Saraland location

The sandwich was fantastic, and everything went smoothly. I especially appreciated that they cleaned the slicer without me having to ask, which meant a lot as a vegetarian.

The restrooms were clean, the food was excellent, and the customer service was great. The wait time was quick. I loved it—welcome to Saraland, Alabama!
