Jersey Mike's Subs

My husband and I stopped here for lunch today. We were just passing through Mt. Vernon and never have eaten at a Jersey Mike 's. We are incredibly impressed with the customer service. They were short handed, it was 1pm and a little busy, but nothing crazy and the gentlemen kept apologizing for the wait. The young lady that was working the register was very kind and calm, and the man working the grill was also very calm and appeared happy. This was a great, refreshing experience. Oh and we got a free cookie because we were rookies We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

The girls working here the day we visited were exceptional at their jobs. A big crowd came in all at once (honestly probably more than the small space can safely contain at once) and all of them were friendly and SUPER efficient at taking orders, customizing sandwiches, and checking people out. They got through that whole line in only a few minutes. And, everyone was wearing masks properly. Oh, and the sandwich was as good as any other Jersey Mike's.

The staff goes beyond and beyond. I can't say enough good things. They accepted my strange demands before they even knew the meaning behind them. My daughter's on the chemo. Always kind to remember that we are not even regular. Thanks to the management she has taught well and thanks to the staff for your kindness and great service!!

Always a pleasure to visit..the team is excellent and always cheerful. Great food. Love to new remodel so beautiful. Can't wait to go in a sit to enjoy our sammiches.
