Jersey Mike's Subs

My husband and I stopped here for lunch today. We were just passing through Mt. Vernon and never have eaten at a Jersey Mike 's. We are incredibly impressed with the customer service. They were short handed, it was 1pm and a little busy, but nothing crazy and the gentlemen kept apologizing for the wait. The young lady that was working the register was very kind and calm, and the man working the grill was also very calm and appeared happy. This was a great, refreshing experience. Oh and we got a free cookie because we were rookies We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

The staff working on the day we visited were outstanding at their jobs. A large crowd arrived all at once (probably more than the small space can safely accommodate), but each team member was friendly and incredibly efficient in taking orders, customizing sandwiches, and processing payments. They managed to get through the entire line in just a few minutes. Plus, everyone was wearing their masks correctly. Oh, and the sandwich was just as delicious as any other Jersey Mike's.

The staff truly goes above and beyond. I can't express enough how wonderful they are. They accommodated my unusual requests even before understanding the reasons behind them. My daughter is undergoing chemotherapy, and they have always been incredibly considerate, remembering that we aren't regulars. I'm grateful to the management for training them so well, and I want to extend my thanks to the staff for their kindness and exceptional service!

I didn't get the manager's name. But I came in at 12 PM , Friday Oct. 2nd. She was AMAZING!!! All of the employees were amazing too, and it's usually because the manager is incredible and nice. All the employees were happy and kind. My service was quick and efficient. I'm gluten free also, and she was quick to offer cleaning the area for my gluten intolerance. And she was kind about it. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and fast the service was, and the food arrived piping hot! It was definitely worth skipping the hassle of getting dressed and driving into town. Stan communicated all the necessary details and even drove slowly to ensure I received my order. He made an additional stop and delivered everything faster than I could have ever expected! Great job!

It’s always a joy to visit this restaurant! The staff is outstanding and consistently cheerful. The food is fantastic, and I absolutely love the new remodel—it’s beautiful! I can’t wait to sit down and enjoy our sandwiches there.

The Super Sub was unfortunately not impressive. I finished it in just a couple of bites. Additionally, they didn’t include the toppings I requested. At $13, I felt it was a complete rip-off. I won’t be coming back.
