Placed an order at 10:55 to be picked up at 11:54. When I showed up and went to the pickup spot my order was not ready. The place was busy and I saw an empty bag on the counter with my name on it, so I figured it would be ready soon. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked about my order and the woman behind the counter told me it was ready. She reached amongst the many empty bags, including the empty one I saw earlier with my name on it, and grabbed a different bag that had my order. It was seemingly ready but they never put it in the pickup area. I thanked her and went to leave, but saw they forgot a bag of chips. I went back to ask for it and they kindly handed it over. These shift leaders need to check themselves. I came in to get my delicious, delectable, highly awaited sub but was rudely interrupted when a mean shift leader was very rude to two boys next to me who were just conserving with a worker they knew. They were not even disrupting the flow as no one else was there. the other workers looked miserable and overworked, and a lot of them were just teenagers! While their food is delicious, their overly-strict shift leaders and overworked teenagers is sad.
Always great food from Jersey Mikes. I order lunch from them a lot because theyre close to my work and they havent messed up an order once. Everything is right, and its always delicious. I couldnt find a reason to complain if I tried.
I don't think I've ever stepped foot into a fast food restaurant that is better staffed than here. No shortage of employees, everyone is polite, friendly, and professional. The subs are great too.

Everyone at this location is very friendly. I order for several people (to a business) all the time, and our orders are ALWAYS correct. They easily deserve 5 stars
First off, the food was amazing. But secondly, the 2 people serving me were real Top G's. Great people and made me enjoy the time I was in the store. Thanks dude.
Convinced I have the worst food poisoning of my life. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and have not stopped vomiting. Will not be coming back.
Frequent often, always great fresh subs and friendly staff. Don't hesitate to go there. Super service as well. Wish they opened at 9.
