Jersey Mike's Subs

On 17 Oct at 12pm, there were two gentlemen working, just wanted to take a second to say how professional, kind they were. They were swamped with online orders, people walking in with an attitude and these two handled the ?heat? perfectly! Kudos to them and their patience with impatient people. Great job guys and I hope you get some recognition! It?s not easy dealing with people. Also, my sandwich was fantastic!!

I waited in line for over 15 minutes. The service was so slow that the line became very long and people started leaving. While I feel bad that there were only a few employees, they were taking their sweet time. It was ridiculous. Honestly a subway with one employee could be faster than this place. They should consider hiring more employees.

Ridiculously slow service (I only ordered 1 regular size basic sub and it took them over 15 minutes to make) and there were only two other customers besides myself. The manager was present and the customer service was non existent. I typically like Jersey Mike?s but this location is horrible. Not worth your time to stop in.

The guys here at Lorton Jersey Mike's have the best customer service!!! And they make a delicious sub!!! It really made my day and was very refreshing to have such kind customer service with a smile because it is rare to see these days!!! Thanks to the 3 guys working today 11/29 you are awesome and I appreciate you!

Went after church with some friends. I love they have small subs. I got ham on a white roll with fixins it was delicious. They slice the meat as you order. Everything was super fresh. I'm a new fan.
