I was running late and didn’t feel like cooking, so I decided to try this restaurant after hearing good things about it, especially since my usual deli was closed. Although it was a busy time of day, which I understand can affect service, my order arrived a half hour late. Overall, I was disappointed given the price I paid. I ordered extra meat and cheese, but if that was considered "extra," I can only imagine how little the regular portion must be. I also added lettuce and tomato, but neither was included. And charging $2.50 for a small bag of potato chips? That’s just too much! Next time I need a meal at that hour, I think I'll look for another option.
It was the first time I went with my friend and I actually enjoyed the atmosphere and also my sandwich. The guy was very polite, and he was joking with us . The only thing I didn't like was the bread wasn't fresh as it was supposed to be, in my opinion . I also wanted sesame bread, and they didn't have . Other than that, it was a clean place, and im gonna go again
I stopped by jersey mikes for the first time today. I ordered a standard mikes standard Philly. The bread was nice and soft which I love the meat was pretty good. The staff was friendly and the sandwich came out in a fewMins. The store was clean, overall I would come back if I wanted to get another sub from here.
Employees were great and helpful. First time ordering a sub I walked right back in there 7mins later to order the same exact one...GOOD SANDWICHES!!!

Do not go after lunch hours staff is HORRIBLE. food is terrible and old bread is stale waste of money. Hire new people or close this location !!!!
Very poor customer service, the bread that was being sold was old a crumble to the touch I would definitely not recommend this to place to anyone
The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond and the sandwiches are like no other best place to get a steak sandwich in Hartsdale..
He asked me if I wanted bacon if it's part of the Sandwich. Why wouldn't he want to give it to me?
