I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered extra meat and a drink, but they didn’t have the drink I wanted. I understand that sometimes drinks are unavailable, but I still paid $31 for two sandwiches and a drink. When I walked in, the servers seemed out of it; they even asked customers to grab cookies for them and could hardly keep their eyes open. When I got home and opened my sandwich, I was shocked to find only one slice of ham and one slice of cheese—nothing else at all. I wouldn't recommend going here; it's a total waste of time. Food is decent , staff is somewhat friendly but the food prep area is dirty. Slicer had large amount of sliced cold cut trimmings piled on it. Lots of sliced unused bread laying around. Bread was placed directly on counter no paper separating food from counter. Floor was dirty . This store needs more attention to cleanliness. As for value Subway is better and they offer more toppings than Jersey Mikes

I ordered a BLT and received it with mustard instead of mayo. The Italian sandwich I got was just turkey and cheese with no other fillings. Additionally, it seemed like many of the workers' friends were just hanging out, which was quite distracting. If the staff is going to be that distracted while working, they shouldn't be handling food at all.

Employees need to slow down and recognize what's being ordered and provide the correct product vs. rushing. Paid for extra meat, and cheese which wasn't provided coupled with the fact that I received a totally different sandwich than what was ordered..... Reserva una mesa ahora

I like that the meat is freshly sliced and you have a choice of toppings. I joined the shore points club and have gotten free sandwiches! And try the Miss Vickie 's chips, they are better than the yellow bags, IMO.

Do not order your sandwiches in a bowl! I made the mistake of doing so and it looks like a child put it together! All of the ingredients you can tell where just thrown in the container by whoever made it!

I requested no peppers in my sandwich, but they still added them. Normally, they don’t do that, and the sandwich is always fantastic. Despite the peppers, it was still pretty good.

Has good food , One thing I don't like is when you have a advertised time for closing as 9pm but when I show up 15min before closing and you tell me we're closed it's a problem.
