I give them 3 stars because I was highly satisfied with my meal. Cheesesteak was hot and fresh. The #8 had a good ratio of meat, toppings and bread. Better than subway, which gives you little to no meat. But Subway has better customer service. Didn’t give this location 5 stars because the employees (except for the guy making the cheesesteaks) was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I walked in letting them know this was my first time ordering from a Jersey Mike’s. No response. Just looking at me like I have 3 heads. Where to begin!? The staff was rude, dismissive, unruly, disorganized, and so slow. There were 4 individuals working and only 2 customers waiting when we arrived. It still took over 30 minutes to get 2 subs (1 hot and 1 cold). They were all over theplace... we asked about the sub a couple times as customers came and left. We were told it wasn 't ready or they were working onit. After about 25 mins of waiting the girl we ordered from said you guys didn 't get your sub yet?? On our latest visit, my husband went to pick up a quick meal and we were both disappointed with our subs. I kept mine simple with turkey, but the bread was falling apart and not as fresh or soft as we expected. My husband’s order was completely wrong—he ordered a chicken cheesesteak and received beef instead, which was overly dressed and greasy. He had to leave the house to return for a replacement. The staff even tried to insist that what he received was chicken, explaining that the dark color was due to the grill. Whoever owns this jersey mike restaurant need to come and look at how it's being ran ....for one when you first walk in the restaurant... the tables was dirty and when you order your food the person who cutting the meat and the person who adding all my lettce and tomato didn't have gloves on they didn't have hair net on or face mask it look like it was a buger in one of the girls nose who was making my sandwich it just look really dirty in there ..I will not be returning ... So today 9/16 at 505-510pm and I want to be this specific since she had no name tag and her register was reading Brandon. She had a funky lil bun and a shirt too small it was about to pop. She had thee worst attitude with my mother. I thought she wasincapable of being nice. Come to find out she actually does know how to smile. Everyone else was so pleasant in the store.Either do better baby girl or put someone else in front to represent your store.

I left the Reisterstown location because they were supposed to open at 10am but it was 10:25 when I left and they still weren’t open! The staff was friendly and vibrant. My chicken cheesesteak didn’t take long at all and the store was squeaky clean. I’ll drive past the other location just to come back to this one. The manager was very nice.

The food was not the problem; rather, it was the staff, who seemed to be mostly young individuals in need of better oversight. They often struggled to put their phones down and focus on their responsibilities, and the attitude displayed when mistakes were made was astonishing. As I mentioned, improved supervision is definitely necessary.

I'm not sure what was going on a Jersey Mike's.On Tuesday Not sure it was the new manager. But the atmosphere at the grill station was that okay? I walked in, was ignored for 10 mins. Watched staff wipe their noses with the back of their hands, they said name and handed me my incorrect sandwich. Wild how much each location varies, but this is the first terrible jersey mikes experience I 've ever had
