I recommend ordering the Philly steak cooked well-done, without grilled onions or peppers, but be sure to ask for it "Mike's way" and add jalapeños. You’ll be glad you did, as it tastes incredible! The restaurant is clean, the restrooms are well-maintained, and the staff is welcoming. It tends to get quite busy during lunch, which is a testament to their expertise in making fantastic sandwiches.
Fresh food and a clean store! The staff is polite, and there's outdoor seating with heat lamps in the beautifully renovated Birch Broad plaza. It's a lovely autumn evening, and the location is more convenient than the turnpike. During my second visit, however, I found that some of the staff were a bit less warm and welcoming, though not all.
Jersey Mike's is consistently delicious. I visited this location about a week ago and received exceptional service from the four young men I saw working there. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'm so glad it's conveniently located just down the road!
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They didn't pay attention to my order, forgetting the toppings I requested, and I found two hair strands in my food! First time ever coming here I’ve always wanted to try a sub well today I did and it’s the best sandwich ever just melts right into my mouth. Very nice well going customer service.
