The sandwiches are fresh, the store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick—pretty much everything you could ask for. However, last week we had our first disappointing experience due to a mix-up with our sandwiches. Normally, I’m not one to complain, but I decided to fill out a feedback form on their website. To my surprise, I received a call from the owner, Matt, within a few hours. He apologized for the mistake and generously offered a complimentary meal on my next visit. It was all very confusing for me. Lots of teenagers behind the counter and not one asked if they could help me or if I 'd like to order. I finally had to ask a kid cutting meat behind the counter How can I order a sandwich here ... I read a review whichrecommended their Ranch Chicken sandwich. It was pretty good... The customer service was awful in fact there is no customerservice here. They 're all teenagers and could care less. It is what it is. You 're better off going to the grocery store nextdoorto them and making your own sandwiches at home.

The options for customization are numerous, making it easy to find something for everyone’s taste! I prepaid for my order, and when I went to pick it up, everything was neatly packaged in the bag. The staff in the store are all very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Exeter/Stratham area! Definitely a 10/10!

I've been eating at Jersey Mike's for about 12 years and I have to say this is by far my favorite location. Everybody is super friendly, nobody gives me dirty looks when I give them my picky order, and the attitude is overall positive. Can't say enoughabout this busy location. ????

Food is always good but felt people in line at the restaurant were less important than the online orders. Myself and the person in front of me had to wait for several sandwiches to be made before they waited on either of us. Only 2 people were in line,11:30 am

Glad the first Jersey Mike's in this area finally opened in Exeter. Excellent sandwiches. Great variety to pick from. Vegetables were fresh. Ordering was easy and pickup was quick. Easy to reach off the highway. Highly recommended.
I was very impressed with this location. The team here genuinely cares about the food they prepare and the customers they serve.
