Every time I arrive after 8:00 PM, the cold sub station is closed. I've observed that this issue only occurs at this specific Jersey Mike's; no other locations have this problem. It can't be a company-wide policy. When I walked in at 8:38 PM, the staff immediately turned me away because they recognized my order. I've been denied service at least five times now. I come here after a long day of work, feeling exhausted and hungry. I've spent a significant amount of money at this restaurant, but I've reached my limit.
I've ordered from this restaurant a few times online, hoping for an improvement, but it hasn't happened. They consistently add way too much mayonnaise, almost as if they don't care about their customers. The person preparing the sandwiches has a really bad attitude too. I feel like I wasted my $17 here. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering after 4 PM; the morning staff seems to be much better.
The customer service was exceptional. I believe her name was Amanda, and she was the one preparing the meat. She followed my request perfectly—I like my cold cuts sliced very thin. I've had less pleasant experiences at other Jersey Mike's, so this was a welcome change. Overall, it's a wonderful location with a very friendly staff.
This restaurant is outstanding. It's immaculately clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly! They genuinely make an effort to ensure your order is made exactly to your liking, and you can feel the attention to detail in every meal. Mike, the cashier, was especially helpful, and every team member is kind and inviting!

The store was very busy and the staff were hustling. However, one associate, when done packing bag, just toss bag on shelf; not making name tag visible or even calling out name while 15 people were waiting for pickup or delivery orders. Do not mind waiting, but please respect my food.
I visited Jersey Mike's Subs around 8:30 PM after a long drive, and the staff welcomed me with warmth and friendliness. I ordered a Chipotle chicken sub, and it was one of the cheesiest and most delicious subs I've ever had. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area again.
I ordered a box of sandwiches for a gathering a few days in advance. When my husband went to pick them up today, they claimed there was no order. The staff were clearly dishonest and rude. I will never patronize this place again, nor will my company.
I’ve eaten there multiple times and have never had a disappointing experience. The food is outstanding, and the service is both fast and friendly. Despite a slight wait, it's reassuring; it indicates that people are eager to enjoy a delicious meal.

Food is usually ok, today they forgot the hot sauce on a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Service is not good, online ordering a real pain. There were a good amount of flies in the store too so yeah not sure I'll be back.
I really love their subs! The pickles and the oil and vinegar are a great addition as well.
