My Worst experience ever for a sandwich store. First off, the guy that made my sandwich dropped his glove on the floor, picked it up, wore it and proceeded to make my sandwich with it. However, I noticed a staff member with extremely unkempt hair that hung over the sandwiches while they were being prepared, which was quite off-putting. I appreciate the beauty of diverse hairstyles and the uniqueness they represent, but there are professional standards to maintain in a food preparation environment. It would be advisable for him to wear a hairnet for both hygiene reasons and to ensure the comfort of customers who might be watching. Such a wonderful experience. Very attentive staff, more than gracious with helping first timers as I was on my first visit. Since then , I have been back numerous times and have included friends and family. All loved it and will return on their own. Iwas able to spend a few mins with the staff and owner each time. They always make you feel welcome and appreciate your time. Asa local, this is a much needed addition to our neighborhood. They also host fundraiser and support charity's. If only every restaurant offered the same fantastic customer service and warmth as this Jersey Mike's! Although it's a chain, the Fridley location has a charming small-town vibe. The owner, Brian, knows his regular customers, and after our interaction, I can see myself becoming a regular too. My food was prepared incredibly quickly, but I lingered a little longer just to chat. I also appreciated the attention given to each sandwich's preferences, especially regarding my gluten-free sub. I've always loved Jersey Mike's, but now I adore it even more!

Brian the owner knows his regulars and now I will be a regular too based on ourinteraction. Food was ready in a jiffy but I stayed a bit longer just to chat. 6/1/22 closing staff I work construction and about 2 blocks behind this location. I go in after working a triple shift and try to order a sandwich for my girlfriend and myself. This restaurant is excellent! The staff is incredibly friendly—quick and polite, and they always greet you with a smile. The blonde cashier even informed me about the rewards program, which I'm so grateful for! The food is consistently fresh, and they manage to work efficiently even during busy times, making sandwiches as quickly as possible. The place is always tidy, and the location is super convenient.
