This restaurant usually meets my expectations for both taste and quality, but my visit today has left me reconsidering if I’ll return. The avocado on one of my sandwiches was brown, which raises questions: why was it served that way and why did the employee not notice it while preparing the sandwich? As for my hot cheesesteak, it was surprisingly lukewarm — we were dining in, so how could my Philly cheesesteak be cold enough that the cheese wasn’t even melted? I really enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but there seems to be a significant management or training issue at this location. Every time I visit, it feels like chaos behind the counter, with six or seven employees all trying to share the same space to make sandwiches, leading to a lack of organization when passing orders between them. In my last four visits, my bread order has been wrong twice, and on three occasions, I’ve had to remind the second employee (the one adding vegetables and sauces) to include mayo and bacon, since it's a club sub. It might be helpful to improve employee training and communication. I mean, you’re making sandwiches, not rocket science!
Love these sandwiches. The staff just looked flustered. 3 different guys took care of my order. Not only they charged me for a Giant when i ordered the regular sub, they also added roast beef instead of ham and I got the wrong bread on my sandwich when the manager told them to remake the sandwich for me. Other than that, the manager was really friendly and took care of my refund. Just disappointed that the order was still wrong after they te made my sandwich. I didn’t want to be annoying and correct them over several mistakes
Food was all right Services decent all around environment was okay but didn't meet my expectations. Personally I don't believe the food was worth the price I could have had the same sandwich I ordered made at like 5 different similar restaurants in the area for at least half the price. In my opinion this whole food chain is overrated. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with a tight budget.

I’m so excited that this restaurant is conveniently located in the parking lot where I work! The staff and owners are consistently friendly and cheerful.
