I visit this location every few weeks with my family of four. This week we had a 10/10 visit, prompting me to leave a review today. Since I have little ones, my order is not very straightforward and all three employees were patient, friendly and incredibly competent and fast. I didn't feel like a burden or the pain with all the modifications and that goes really far when you need to order for two kids under six and your own sandwich and your husbands sandwich. We ordered three steak hot subs to go tonight, but when we opened them at home, we found that two of them were chicken instead of steak. We were extremely disappointed and didn’t want to drive back to the other town for an exchange, especially since we were so hungry and tired at that moment. I called the store to voice my frustration, but the person I spoke with told me to call back tomorrow because they couldn’t do anything about it. I've been visiting this restaurant off and on since 2021, and I've consistently had a great experience. The staff is friendly, and they prepare the sandwiches quickly, which always taste delicious. Occasionally, there might be a slight delay, but that's understandable since they also handle catering, and hot sandwiches require some cooking time. They generous with the meat and cheese on my sandwiches, and the cheesesteaks I enjoy are really flavorful too. I highly recommend this place; Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich chain. They also do a commendable job of keeping the environment clean and sanitary, which is wonderful to see.
I ordered a sub and the employee began to make the sub by cutting the sub roll. He had the sanitary gloves on. Then the cordless phone rang and he answered it and held the phone with the gloves on and then with those same gloves went back to making my sandwich. He held the meat with the potentially germy gloves. Phones have germs. For sanitary purposes, he should have put on new gloves after holding the phone. About 2 days later I had stomach issues. This could have come from anywhere of course but regardless I will likely not be going back there. The sub tasted okay.

Seemed that they were struggling to complete orders in a timely fashion. I was told that they were training 2 staff and those that were patient were given a discount. The manager did what he could to make all who were getting subs happy. The food is worth the wait. Dietary restrictions: No bread options for those with Celiac or gluten issues Parking: Lots of parking right in front Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp right in front and no steps to get into the store
This place is ran by kids, they have no customer service skills. The one kid handle my sandwich like he was trash and rap it worse than garbage. I even had to said something, and even complaining they wouldn't do it right or apologized.I recommend everyone in Leesburg not to go to this Jersey Mike's if you one something done right.
Worst experience at any restaurant ever! They had 4 kids working today that didn't know what they were doing. They were throwing food at each other and playing around while there was a massive line after the lunch rush. DON'T GO TO THIS ONE, THE LONGER DRIVE IS WORTH IT!!!
