The favoritism here is so crazy… I’ve known someone pull a no call no show about 3 times loose his job and manage to still come back but when I’ve did the same thing one time I was fired.. the people stealing from the register and never getting any consequences but when I was fired I was a suspect for stealing lol this needs to be shut down the amount of rats I’ve seen running cross my crocs is so crazy I admit to taking chips and drinks but the amount of people doing the same thing and no consequences again is so crazy to me LOL

I enjoy this location, they are always courteous and friendly. Sometimes the line can get backed up but where does it not during lunchtime. The backlog of mobile orders shortens the staff availability on the front line. I'd recommend making thestop, in the spring-fall they have some outdoor tables which is relaxing to eat.
For the Economics of the location they’re in. For them not to accept big bills as in 50’s and 100’s because they get fakes is a bit ridiculous. Plenty of other places and smaller businesses that have stuff in place for that . Had to inconveniently use my card when I had the cash for the order .

I am ONLY giving 5 stars because of the man who was hustling making 5 sandwiches at once while every other employee in the store stood there and watched him work. Wish I caught his name.
Ordered online, arrived there after 20 minutes. They made me wait extra 15 minutes in the store and while this time they served more than 10 ppl which they arrived after me.
I discovered small pieces of glass in my sandwich from my UberEats order. I realized when I couldn't crunch on what I thought was "salt". This is incredibly hazardous.
1st time at Jersey Mike's! Amazing customer service! Truly genuine people. So kind! Great sandwich! Definitely will be a frequent flyer!
