Today's customer service at the restaurant was terrible. I walked in first and there was no one in line, but no one approached me to take my order. Instead, the employees were all talking behind the counter. When a man and his son walked in behind me, the employees immediately asked them if they wanted to place an order. I tried to be patient and understanding. However, one of the employees then told me to go around as if I had cut the line. I explained that I had been waiting there first, but he insisted that I was in the wrong place in front of the cheese slicer. This restaurant is not my cup of tea. While I know plenty of people enjoy the sandwiches here, I personally prefer something different. The staff was friendly and attentive when I first arrived. They allowed me to take my time and made suggestions without being pushy. Despite my initial reservations, I ended up raising my rating from 2 to 4 stars. The food was decent, although not exceptional. Give it a try and judge for yourself.
I had a negative experience with Jersey Mike's in 2020 due to poor customer service, which caused me to avoid the restaurant for four years. However, I decided to give it another try recently and was pleasantly surprised. The customer service has improved, the store's appearance is better, and I enjoyed the overall atmosphere. I recommend giving it a chance as you may be pleasantly surprised.

This place is not for me. I know A LOT of people who like the sandwiches here but I just prefer something else. Staff was friendly and cared when I said it was my first time. They let me take my time and made suggestions without irritation. Even as I am writing this I have raised the stars from 2 to 4. I thought food was just okay but you may not. Please try it for yourself.
This restaurant is superior to my nearby Jersey Mike's. Here, you can watch as your Philly cheesesteak is prepared, unlike at the location in my area 27106, where they make it out of view in the back.
Very good store to get subs made. Always fresh and packed !! I wouldn 't hesitate to come back or refer them to others. The Annapolis Rd. Jersey Mike 's are worth checking out !!
This is the best cold cut sub I've had in years, and I don't even eat cheese anymore. The food was fresh, and the service was excellent.
