I 'm kinda appalled...the laziness and the ignoring is just off the charts here. I just wanted something to drink just to make it easy for your laziness. I stood in front of register waiting a little over a minute ...while you continued to work your slicer cutting meats and ignoring me. You finally said when your ready to order let me know Shouldn 't that be the other way around? Yes I didn 't want to bother you because those SLICERS are deadly so I waited another minute maybe you will be done... then you ask me are you READY yet? The service here is the worst Jersey Mike's. I have ordered ahead a few times and my order is never ready on time. Today I walk in there is no one waiting or working. The girls who came to help me were in rush to help, a guy walked in after me and they started making our sandwiches at the same time. I stood their for 10 mins waiting for my sandwich to be made. Then a guy walked in for pick up and he was told he was early, mind you no one was working. Fast food workers do not need to be paid $20/hr to sit around and talk.
I truly do like Jersey Mikes, however the staff at this location is unbelievably lazy, and rude. Out of the three employees one is actually working the other two chitchatting away in the hallway. After waiting for a while they finally decided to come out and work, however they would literally stop making the sandwiches so they could chitchat. Wouldn’t even pay attention to the customers. If management doesn’t do something about it, customers will start going elsewhere workers like that is what is ruining business.
It's always a great Jersey Mike's location. Always on point. Staff is well mannered, and greetings are always as soon as you walk in the door. They staff is caring and making great sandwiches with care. Not just slapped together to get you out. Thanks staff! Keep up the great work! Oh, and the selection of stubborn soda is awesome! We come here occasionally. Their sandwiches are decent but their cost could creep up if you're not careful. It is fairly quiet at this location and not a lot of foot traffic even on lunch hours. We of course will keep coming back when we feel the need for sandwiches as we come here over subway.
