I went to the Farmingdale location it was the worse experience I ever experienced. But what a breathe of fresh air when I called Lindenhurst the GM Meghan was the most professional and very accommodating. She help me with my order and when far and beyond to help me. I will only recommend this location which I did to all my friends and family. Definitely the best guest experience.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. I visited during a busy time between 12-1pm, but the staff, including Megan, Steve, and Jaquan, handled the rush and any other issues with professionalism and friendliness. I was impressed by their hard work and dedication. As a customer, I truly appreciated seeing their teamwork in action.

The staff was rude and my sandwich was cold. They took a long time to make my sub and were acting immature and sloppy. I will not be going back and am very disappointed.

Paid $40 for two skimpy little sandwiches the food was not good,Don't waste your money.Ordered chicken chipotle and got skimpy little Philly cheessteak.
