This restaurant was not my top choice. The staff was slow and seemed a bit disorganized. The first person we encountered didn't even ask us what type of bread we wanted, they just moved on. When our food was ready, it was handed to someone else because it was so busy. The individual who finally got us our food seemed overwhelmed and confused by the register. The customer service was lacking, but the food was still delicious. Our table was dirty and they only had disposable utensils available.

The person taking our order did not ask us what kind of bread we wanted and seemed more interested in chatting with their coworkers. Our food was passed off to another employee who seemed overwhelmed and was confused by the register. The customer service was lacking, but the food was tasty. Our table was dirty and they only had canned sodas available.

I had an issue with my order yesterday at this restaurant, but after speaking with the manager Connie, she rectified the mistake. Today, on Sunday, I went back and my sandwich was made correctly. Connie provided excellent customer service and I will definitely continue to visit Jersey Mike's on Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga. The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff are fantastic. Big thanks to Connie for her help!

The staff here at Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill are fantastic . They are so nice and friendly. They always make you feel welcome and happy to see you. The atmosphere and vibe is always upbeat which is why I enjoy coming to this location. The combination of awesome people and good food makes for great day.

In my opinion, this place is way better than Subway. They have a deli where they slice the cheese and meat right in front of you. My favorite is the turkey sub prepared "Mike's way."

Me and my wife ordered the giant ham provolone with tomatoes and pickle's avocado and bacon and lettuce and it was delicious we are coming back for another one Friday.

I ordered about 6 sandwiches yesterday and, in all of that confusion (which was my fault, not theirs), they handled themselves very well! Really great customer service

The restaurant is fast, friendly, and very clean. I ordered a regular-sized turkey bacon ranch sandwich for only $9 and some change, which was fresh and tasty.

Fast friendly and very clean, I ordered Turkey Bacon Ranch regular size sandwich only cost $9 and change plus tax and was fresh and tasty.
