Jersey Mike's Subs

Your typical Jersey Mike's. I placed a pickup order here today with the points from my free birthday sub. I had never been to this location before, I usually go to the Troy or Novi locations. When I arrived, the email said to go to the pickup cart located by checkout, but there was nothing there. I saw there were three to-go containers behind the counter, so I waited by the pickup cart and finally someone came over to me and asked me my name for pickup. There were about five customers there and three employees, and only one employee and I were wearing masks... My order was correct and tasty, though, so I'd return to this location again for takeout.

sat at 8/10/22 at 8:30 a.m. and there was one standing there and nobody took my order. When I went to order, they told me that the grill was just turned off and that the customer got the last hot parts before me. I was the only person in there when they refused to make a hot plate. very unprofessional. I was there at this time at numerous places and could order hot food. on this day there were two employees I haven't seen before the service refused. other employees at this location are friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the new management is unable to provide good customer service. He doesn't speak English well so he has messed up my order multiple times. Decided to order online for better service and had it delivered. The sandwich tasted like it was made the day before. If you want a delicious sub skip this place. This place need better employees who are trained on how to make a steak and cheese. Get back to good customer service with folks who can speak the language of its customers.

The sub was delicious! I went during my lunch break at work and ordered the #8 Club Regular size. I devoured the whole thing and also tried the relish on the side, which was very good. The service was excellent and I will definitely come back with my husband. A Facebook friend recommended the Steak and Cheese sandwich, so I will try that next time. Reserva una mesa ahora

I love coming to this place. the personal is always friendly. fiancée has allergies and they are always attentive to them. always fast and always great, my place if we can't decide what is to dinner! or lunch. dietary restrictions: always attentive to the gluten and soy allergies of the engaged, and always ready to accommodate.

the sandwiches are good, but not as if they get their own cold cuts and broth. they are very expensive. vegetarian options: thru have many nice for a decent sub. park: they have plenty of parking, but the rooms are very narrow.

Don't bother calling ahead for pick up. They'll just let you hang on the phone and let it ring forever with no answer. Avoid this location, there are way better Jersey Mike's around the area.

If you are in a hurry or during lunch time, don’t order any hot sandwich. It takes way too long to get the hot sandwich ready.
