Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed an online order and when I arrived at the restaurant, there were only two people waiting for their food - it was not busy at all. The cashier was leisurely wiping down the counter and I waited for about 5 minutes right in front of her to be noticed. After saying "excuse me, I have a carry out order," she continued to slowly wipe the counter for at least 2 more minutes before looking up. I told her my name and she handed me the bag without saying anything. When I thanked her, she did not respond. The food was good, but I will not be returning if they do not acknowledge my presence or express gratitude.

I was informed on May 8, 2024, that the restaurant couldn't cook the meat for a sandwich on the flat top grill because they placed raw meat on it. I was extremely disappointed as an immunocompromised person, as I can no longer dine here. UPDATE: I wasn't requesting the meat to be heated, but rather cooked to a safe temperature. It appears that Jersey Mike's in East Peoria is not cooking the chicken and steak to a safe temperature. I didn't realize the health department would permit this practice.

We love the sandwiches here. The thing we do not like is when we go the tables are usually not clean. Today was no exception. There was 1 other couple in the shop and ALL the tables were dirty, food and used napkins were all over the floor. The staff of 4 were on their phones besides the 1 girl stocking chips. The garbages were full and it just looked uninviting. I do have pictures but I am not sure how to share them.

The service at this restaurant is always friendly and efficient, and our orders were prepared quickly and accurately. However, my only complaint is that the prep area appeared to be dirty and it was difficult to distinguish between our sandwiches once we got home. I would recommend labeling the bags with the names of the items to avoid any confusion. Despite these minor issues, the sandwiches were delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora

Arrived at 11:38 am stood in line for 20 minutes to order a regular size cold sandwich then stood in line another 10 minutes for sandwich to be made and another 5 minutes to pay for the sandwich unexceptable way under staffed won’t be back they really need to rework the way there sandwich line is ran and double up on all staff From 11am thru 2pm good luck if you only have a 30 minute lunch you will need it

Jersey Mike's is a great sandwich spot. 1 of my favorites. I usually get The Italian, Chicken Bacon Ranch and The Steak and Cheese. They load the Italian sandwich with meat and the meat is really flavorable. The CBR is good as well its jus a little Salty. The Steak and Cheese is delicious. They season the Steak just rite!! Their Bread is always tasty,fresh and the ingredients are high quality.

Food it always so good. Hands down one of my favorite places to have dine and DoorDash is both so good my favorite is chicken bacon ranch and my wife loves the club sub mikes way so good staff is very friendly. Recommend going it’s so good

The bread was very hard and flaky but usually it’s fresh. Talk to manager several times before he agreed to replace. Then when I attempted to get replacement he said it was too late but we never discussed a timeframe Reserva una mesa ahora
