Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff was professional and the sandwiches were exceptionally well-made. I ordered a giant 9-inch and a 17-inch, and both were delicious and fresh. Generally, this location consistently delivers quality food. However, the West Lane Avenue branch in Columbus tends to skimp on the meat in their sandwiches. Additionally, at the High Street location in the Short North, if you request extra meat and extra cheese, they charge $3 per sandwich, but I've been charged $9 instead. This practice seems like price gouging and a bait-and-switch tactic, which does not align with Jersey Mike's franchising guidelines.

Been going here a lot the past few months. It was great at first but a few weeks ago they increased the prices and suddenly orders that I place 2-3 hours in advance weren't getting completed until 15-20 minutes after the scheduled time. I work nearby and I get takeout for lunch. I can't afford to waste 15-20 minutes of my lunch break to wait for food I ordered hours earlier especially when the counter isn't even busy when I arrive. This location has lost something and it shows in the lack of service and hospitality. Avoid this one.

The sandwiches are as good as usual. However, they forgot to include pickles on my sandwich and just stuck two in the outside wrapping. It was a thoughtful gesture!
