the coworker didn't wash his hands before he prepared the food. I wanted to order a sub for my son when I was there, I noticed that one of the hired outside smoked and then he came in to work. he went in the back to pick up his apron, I watched him all the time when he had his gloves with his dirty hands of smoking and touch his mouth that polluted his gloves. he put on his gloves and then began preparing the food. While waiting in line to buy a sandwich, I couldn't help but notice what seemed to be an off-duty employee from another store discussing company sanitation procedures in front of paying customers. This made me question whether I should even buy food there. It also seemed to create a tense atmosphere among the staff who were working. I initially planned to eat at the location but ultimately decided to leave instead. I would give a 10 for the food, but only a 1 for the conduct. There’s definitely a time and place for every conversation.

The sandwhich that my wife recieved from this restaraunt was dripping wet with oil and the bread turned into a paste. After waiting 10 min to be helped she was finally acknowledged by the staff while she was the only person in the restaraunt. The staff didnt ask her any questions but were eager to get her out as quickly and unproffessionally as possible. I dont think i will ever spend 12 dollars for a sandwhich that is inedible again. Thus not going here in the future

I find it really surprising that internet and phone orders take precedence over customers who are right in front of the counter trying to place their orders. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but as someone who comes here often, it’s frustrating to see people waiting for their sandwiches while online orders are being prepared.

pretty surprised by the service. the sandwich manufacturer really took his time and effort to make a big sammy. does not sound hard, but some places have really lazy employees. Thanks for being so nice! I also noticed that the other young were very nice to whom they also helped.

I visit this location several times a month. It is an extreme guilty pleasure of mine. The team is always awesome and my sub is perfect every time. I've seen this place packed with folks, and the team has always treated each customer with kindness and respect.

Asked for no cheese. Got cheese. Brought the sandwich back to have them remake. Got cheese w/ it again.The Simple task of making a sandwich with the correct ingredients is literally your only job.
