Went here yesterday to get my usual giant provolone and turkey sub as I 've done countless times. As I always do, I asked the girl before cutting the cheese to put honey mustard on my bread. She proceeds to cut the cheese and put it on the bread. I again ask her to put the honey mustard on the bread first but she finishes cutting the cheese and puts it on the counter ? and starts cutting the turkey to put on the bread. I 'm saying no no no, so takes the turkey off the bread, doesn 't seem to know what to do with it, so now the meat she sits on the bottom of the cutting machine. I 'm now asking can someone else make my sandwich when some woman says something to the employee in a language I do...
I’ve ordered this same meal at various locations across the country, and I've always been able to add cold toppings after the sandwich is made. However, Anna flat-out refused my request and became defensive. She claimed she couldn’t bring chicken and steak to the area where the cold items are added, which made no sense since cold sandwiches with various meats are prepared in the same place.
Moreover, the grill is not cleaned between sandwiches, which raises concerns about cross-contamination, but I never complained about that as I don’t eat red meat or pork. I don't understand how this location has 4 stars. I had the worst experience. Placed my order on line and arrived at my pick up time and order wasn't ready. Waited an additional 30 minutes and order still wasn't ready. Had to leave to get back to work. Get off work to go get my refund the manager OMG rude disrespectful nasty had the nerve to tell me my order was ready on time. Was on the counter 5 hours later and had the nerve to try and give it to me. She's Latina/ Mexican with a very LOUD husky voice. Be ware. Had to make a complaint to corporate and might take it a step further. She was the most disrespectful manager I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.
Waited over an hour for my food to be delivered only for Uber Eats to contact me and let me know the store had cancelled my order. When I called the store they hung up on me when I asked them why they cancelled my order. Terrible business etiquette ??

Through general manager was very rude. I previously received great service from this location, however, I do not plan on coming back after today. She had no time to discuss my concern and pretty much dismissed me. Absolutely NOT.
The subs are tasty when they’re made correctly, but this only happens about 30% of the time. If you have dietary restrictions, be sure to double-check your order, as they often don’t follow instructions accurately.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. My sandwich arrived completely drenched in juices, and they wouldn't provide any compensation. Just avoid it!
I have ordered a steak and cheese a few times. Every time they put excessive amounts of ketchup. The cheese is never melted. Not going back. I can't recommend a steak and cheese from here

Through general manager is very rude. She dismissed a customer in front of me. Too aggressive. The service was so horrible.
Really enjoyed my tuna sandwich. I’ll be back again.
