I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, largely thanks to one of the staff members, Matt P. He was extremely attentive and thorough while taking my order. His warmth and hospitality really made an impression and deserve recognition—he might even deserve a raise! The other staff members were friendly too, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my visit provided the cozy, hometown vibe that I truly appreciate. I genuinely believe that "Quality People Equal a Quality Life."
The subs are still delicious, but the bread has become tough. They used to have the softest bread, and I could easily eat three more. The staff were very nice, the restaurant was clean, and the ladies were neat in appearance. I noticed the bread was tough on my last visit and thought it might just be an off day. Please bring back the soft bread—it really makes the sub taste better. Thanks!
We would like to recognize Jose at the Goldsboro location for his exceptional dedication to his job. While my wife and I were trying to set up our mobile account, we encountered some issues. Jose stayed on the phone with us until we successfully completed the setup. He was patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. His customer service exceeded our expectations. I've never had any major issues here. Occasionally, online orders come out wrong, but in-store orders are always excellent. They could improve by cleaning the knife better between sandwiches—I don't like getting mustard on my sub when they cut it, since I really dislike mustard. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong twice by forgetting the chips, and I can never get through to them on the phone. It's frustrating because I've always been a fan of this place.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my sub was completely dairy-free, using a new knife and a cleaned cutting board. Excellent customer service throughout. 5 stars!
Wow, these sandwiches are absolutely incredible! Although the prices are a bit steep, they’re definitely the best subs I’ve ever had. This spot is a true Jersey classic!
