I absolutely love Jets in Madison Heights. Every time I order, I get a special thin crust pizza with a specific cutting request. One of the managers made a note to always cut it the way I like. The staff knows me well and always have my order ready as soon as I arrive. The parking could be improved, but other than that, I have no complaints. The employees are friendly and polite. This is the only Jets location I go to, as I have tried others but they don't seem to cook the pizza all the way through. Despite living in Hazel Park, I drive to Madison Heights just to go to this Jets.
I consistently receive outstanding service at this restaurant no matter which location I visit. Normally, I place my order ahead of time so it's ready when I arrive, but today I was on a work break and didn't have time to do so. To my surprise, they had fresh slices ready for me and they were delicious. The staff is always top-notch, being both professional and polite. Your team is fantastic and really knows how to provide excellent service.
Every time I call I get the nicest person on the phone. My order is on time every time. And the pizza is cooked to perfection. Where I live I'm between a few different Jets stores, the Madison Heights location is ALWAYS my go to because of the wonderful customer service, perfect delivery and delicious food! In a time where finding employees is at an all time low I must say kudos to this store Keep up the great work!
Just Terrific!! Have been ordering from this Jet’s for years, and always, excellent service and food. Even the phone ordering was so courteous and pleasant. Jet’s is THE BEST pizza, and this store had the best chicken. Highly recommended as someone once recommended it to me many years ago and I still, silently, thank them every time.

I haven't been to Jets for 11 years. I stuck with Loui's, Cloverleaf Bar for years. So many places that were good in The D suck now in quality. Gregg's, Buddy's, Bob's, Jerry's, Buscemi's, ate skimpy with the cheese, inconsistent baking, etc)
Delicious pizza and wonderful staff! The woman at the register with pink hair is extremely pleasant. Delivery is consistently quick as well. Thank you!
Everything as expected. I don't understand the concept of order via text message, but it brought me 20% rabate, which is beautiful.
The staff at this restaurant is friendly and delivery is quick. I have never had any issues with my order.
