Jet's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a square pizza with ham on one half topped with pineapple and the other half with pepperoni. Instead, I received a square pizza that had ham on all of it, and one half was topped with ham, pepperoni, and pineapple, while the other half just had ham. It took the girl 20 minutes to take my order, and it was still incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone said, "How do I know you're telling the truth?" So now my husband is taking the pizza back as I write this—it's unbelievable. The guy can eat it now. What a disappointment.

I want to discuss the customer service. The staff member I interacted with was neither professional nor friendly. In comparison, I’ve visited Jet's in Marine City, and they always deliver a five-star experience—warm, polite, and gracious. So, it's clear where I’ll be placing my next order!

I placed a pickup order and arrived right on time, but the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The staff member told me to wait because he needed to prepare my order. It made me wonder what the point of a pickup order was in the first place.

Went today to get a slice guy told me about 3 minutes 10 minutes later I had to honk the horn and then the piece that he gave me wasn't even hot very disappointed and I love Jets Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff are incredibly friendly, and I always enjoy coming here for the meatza. You can really taste the love that's put into it! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
