We called to ask how grubhub worked on their website because we wanted half-and-half pizza and it was our first experience at jet's ever. They said we deliver so wegave him the address he was rude from the first call. So we waited the time we was told.The store and delivery driver called us. We missed a call we called him back 6 minutes later. He said he was in Charlestown and they had the complete wrong address. So we called the store back and actually sent the address to the delivery driver which said he would be there in 10 minutes. We waited for an hour still no pizza so we call the store back. We talked to them and they said they had canceled our order.. no call saying we canceled your...
We ordered pizza for pick up. I arrived right when the pickup was supposed to be read at 6:35pm. Gave them my name and was told it would be 10 more minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked where our pizza was and the worker looked confused and said they didn’t have one. Another worker came over where I showed my order confirmation email and he said he would work on the order. We didn’t end up getting our order until 7:15pm after 40 minutes of waiting….not to mention the 4 workers they had behind the counter were all standing around doing nothing.

I ordered a pizza online for my grandmother, but it never arrived. When I reached out to the staff for help, they informed me that they don't process replacement orders after the fact. Unfortunately, they then ended the call and wouldn’t answer when I tried to reach them again.

I was welcomed by smiling faces. You could gel the team worked well together and enjoyed their jobs even on a busy Saturday night. Best gluten free pizza ever.
Customer service is terrible the manager JACK is a joke, no wonder his employees are miserable because he is too. I will be making a corporate complaint.
I visited because of the memories I have about the previous visit. I wasn't sure the space was open, this time. No one came out, when I walked in. ?
The best of the best. Whether it is when you call or pick up your order, they are very kind and helpful.
