Jibang Sushi Hibachi

For starters, we had the vegetable tempura and some dumplings, both of which were perfectly fried and came with nicely balanced salty and slightly sweet dipping sauces. We also tried a variety of sushi, including spicy tuna, vegetable roll, sweet potato, California, and Boston rolls. Each one was delicious, and I would happily order any of them again. The prices were reasonable. I'm still adjusting to the inflationary trend, but they seemed fair. It’s probably closer to a 4.5, but I was impressed compared to some of the other sushi places in Maryland. They seemed short staffed for a lunch rush, but the waitress was nice. The prices were decent for special rolls, but what caught my attention was the size of the miso soup and the fact that the fish didn’t have an old fishy taste like it’s been sitting there forever. The sushi here is tasty, but be cautious— the lady tends to rush through the details and will try to charge you for extra sauces. Considering how much I've been spending there over time, I believe sauces should be included. I didn't appreciate her fast-talking approach when discussing additional charges. Overall, the food quality deserves a 4, while the service and atmosphere both get a 3.

The hibachi noodles are absolutely fantastic! The steak was grilled to perfection, and the shrimp was just right. It's so much better than the other chain hibachi restaurant we used to frequent. This will definitely be our go-to spot from now on! Reserva una mesa ahora
