We booked Jilabi last minute to host a 40th birthday party for 25 family members. We were allocated a private function room and given support in planning the menu to meet the needs of our party. From start to finish we experienced tasty food but the customer service was certainly amongst the best we have ever experienced. Unfortunately the cake that we had purchased had been left out of the fridge (error on our part) and collapsed as soon as the waiters were due to bring it in. My wife and I ate here, as we have before, prior to flying out of Birmingham Airport next day. It’s a really convenient short taxi ride away from the airport hotels and a good option in terms of price, quality etc. The team always make us feel very welcome and you can tell from the clientele, it’s a well used local favourite. Our food was excellent again, we shared both a mixed grill and took a curry dish, both excellent the breads were lovely as was the rice. Nice touch at the end with a free dessert and cake which went well with an Irish Coffee, made to perfection. The menu is vast with an array of choice and we look forward to returning, next time we’re in the area. Thanks guys
An 18th Birthday celebration and we were spoiled with friendly attention and loads of extra food! Sheldon based curry restaurant which we have used on numerous occasions. Different rooms upstairs and down, and is an unlimited buffet a few days each week, but we were here for the a la carte menu. Poppadoms for starters with a selection of dips, then a mix of curries and rice/nans for main course. They spoiled us with extra sides and a range of desserts and tea at the end. All of this came to less than £100! Really good value and of course we will return.
As a vegetarian wherever I go , always get few veg menu only in the buffet. At Jalebi restaurant at the table buffet, I had loads of wonderful veggie varieties. We had onion rings, gobi fry, pakora, Samosa chat, chilli paneer as a starter. Main course and desert too wonderful. We really enjoyed our family dinner at jalabi. Friendly staffs. I felt like eating at Indian marriages in a familiar place. Thanks for the wonderful recipes and service.

I went there with my sister in law yesterday evening. What a unique experience it was. The food was really excellent but the welcome from the staff was just unique. Fahim looked after us so well, he offered us dessert and coffee. It was perfect and we will go there again for sure. His kindness and generosity was incredible. Thank you Fahim, from F and C.
A delivery. Absolutely terrible. King prawn balti n plain nan. Never again. They were not king prawns and the nan was virtually raw. I will never order from them again. They should be ashamed.
Lovely visit...staff went above and beyond..very attentive. Was given free dessert,coffee, shot and sweets... Food was hot fresh and tasty. Deffo be back again and again and again.....
Great place great food, wanted to go go a while finally got round to it, from start to finish excellent, very tasty food and very welcoming, it’s definitely worth a visit.

One of the greatest nights! Such wonderful staff and food. We came for my friends birthday and they went all out! Singing and lots of cake!! I would HIGHLY recommend!
Very busy and took a while before our food was served. Will try again when it's less busy. Food was OK service wasn't too bad.
