The cupcakes were delightfully moist and bursting with flavor, exactly as promised. However, the experience was marred by the unfriendly demeanor of the two women at the counter. Their rudeness and visible irritation made it hard to fully enjoy the delicious treats. It’s tough to appreciate a cupcake when you're met with scowls, as if your visit is an inconvenience. Working with desserts should come with a warm and pleasant attitude, matching the sweetness of what’s being served, not a sour and unwelcoming one.
I ordered custom cupcakes from Jilly's for my friend's bridal shower and I have to say I was extremely pleased with my experience. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and were ready to go and perfectly packaged for pick up. The service I received was also top-notch and I really appreciated the attention to detail that was put into my order. If you happen to wander into Jilly's without a specific order in mind, fear not! Their walk-in cupcakes are just as delicious as their custom creations.
I Met A Few of My Friends At Jilly's Today Fot Their Alleged FAMOUS BARR RECIPE FRENCH ONION SOUP. But It Most Definitely Was Not. It Wasn't Even Close. In Fact We Did Not Even Finish The Soup. The Staff Was Not All Friendly. Our Initial Plan Was To Have The Soup CUPCAKES. Everyone Was So Dissapoitnted Displeased. I Was The Only One In The Group That Purchased Cupcakes. In Spite Of The Poor Service, Howeve r We Will Not Be Returning.
I ordered two birthday cakes from Jilly's Cupcake Cafe in December for my children. I had a specific idea for a TikTok-themed cake for my older daughter, but wasn’t sure what to choose for my five-year-old. The designer at Jilly's exceeded all my expectations. Both cakes were beautiful and delicious! (The sliding you saw on the TikTok cake was completely my fault.) Their menu offers a fantastic variety, and the quality is outstanding.

The service was outstanding; Deena and the other staff member at the counter were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
I truly love this spot! The cupcakes are always fresh, with delightful seasonal and holiday flavors. They’re big, colorful, and delicious. If you haven’t tried Jilly’s Cupcake Cafe yet, I definitely suggest stopping by soon! We make sure to have one of their cupcakes at every birthday party!
I absolutely adore this place with most dreamy, gorgeous and delicious cupcakes and gourmet ice cream, ever!! Robin is awesome with the customers and she held it down solo, during the rush tonight! It’s a Great place… a new St. Louis treasure that everyone should experience!! Enjoy!! …E
My guilty pleasure, the Bee Sting is definitely my favorite. They are now on doordash so I can get it delivered. The only thing I can complain about is twice, I've ordered their chicken pot pie soup, and neither time was it available.

I liked the Gooey Butter cupcake as well; while it wasn't the gooeyest I've had, it was still good overall. However, I wasn't a fan of the incredible sugar high that came with eating at Jilly's—it was definitely a sugar overload!
Jarquis was very nice and respectful. He gave us his insight on all of the delicious cupcakes we were looking to purchase. He is an awesome employee!!
