I had several positive experiences at this restaurant. The first time we came for breakfast, both my children finished all their food, which was quite a feat, and our meals were delicious. I highly recommend the beef and hash, if it’s available that day. On our next visit for dinner, we had just come from the hospital and were unaware that we had arrived shortly before graduation. Typically, when that happens, people can be rude, you feel rushed, or the food might not be great. Luckily, none of those things occurred here. I love original places. And this is one of them. A little bit reflective of sound, but that's okay. Gives me a sense of nostalgia. I do know it would be awful with loud laughter and children screaming ???? But that would be out of the resturuantscontrol. Plus I love the architecture of tall ceiling. Great on coffee refills and have quick with food service. (Noyincredibly greesy with what I got like other breakfast places) It's not like most places. As you order at the cashregister first... and I like that. Has a balance between self serve and customer service. (You don't have to wait for waterrefills. You can get it yourself)

The service was good and the portions were plentiful for the price. Also, the fried foods were good and the ribs were pretty all right. But my green bean side definitely came out of a can and the Mac n cheese was frozen in a big pan, Walmart deli style. Also, for a place that is BBQ, the meat was just dry and bland. Definitely not a bad meal by any means, just unexceptional.

The best bbq around and not bad prices. They have great breakfast as well. And my personal favorite are their pig nachos! Battered French fries topped with bbq sauce, cheese sauce, pulled pork or brisket, and chives. They are so yummy and you get ahuge plate full. Reserva una mesa ahora

I usually go to the Lacey Chuckwagon, but I was in Roy and they only offer crowned brisket cut through the pound instead of like Lacey. This removed the fat along each slice and made the crushed brisket dry and inedible. I had to use it in a homemade alllet.

Great country barbeque! Perfect highway corner location with awesome service and a great menu. Get your fingers sticky on some ribs, sandwiches, or homemade chili! Olympic Otter
