Jim 'N Nick's, please open.... I stabbed you all the time since you closed. Your products are so perfect and easy to take. They were already for catering and take what went wrong? I've been perfecting your Carolina sauce ever since, buying a tray and practicing my pulled pork process. It has not replaced my love for your recipes and products. I would visit you personally and buy drinks and food from you. Every time I pick up, you take from Parry 's my heart hurts. I miss you. I went to Aurora a few times. But instead I get famous Daves and use my homemade Carolina sauce. What will it take? Your bartender was amazing, your servers were always friendly. I want you back.
We ate Jim 'N Nick's on a Friday night at 530. We didn't have to wait until we were sitting. We had a fantastic server called Amanda. My wife ordered Loaded Mac 'n cheese with brisket, and I ordered a brisket sandwich on sourdough. The Brisket Sandwich was delicious. The Mac's cheese came cold. Amanda came to the table shortly after our dinner and we let her know that the meal was cold. In less than two minutes, the manager had brought out a new court and waited for them to like it. The next one was warm and very good. After all, the food was good, the problem solution was great, and the service was fantastic!
Service was absolutely amazing. From the moment we went to the door, the hostess greeted us with a big smile and sat down immediately. Our server was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. It was also our first time here, so we received 2 pieces of cake complementary. The pecan pie was fantastic. Order the pig and beef briquettes. Such tastefully smoked beef breeze But a little at the expensive end. The pulled pig is best mixed with its original BBQ and Habanero BBQ sauce. Overall, it was a good experience. We will definitely return to try more items in the menu and possibly the Tacos.
Three of us went on a Thursday evening around 630pm and were seated in the main dining area without any waiting. Ordered and the food came out in about 15 20 mins. We had the spare ribs (3lbs) with BBQ chips, and wife had the catfish (grilled). All dishes were warm, in big servings, and tasted very good. We were told that this is Alabama style BBQ, which was just as well for us. Family friendly atmosphere and good, friendly service. Decent prices given the large portions. Didn't drink alcohol, but there's a good sized bar too. Go it's a good bet for a nice family dinner out.
