What a letdown compared to what used to be an excellent restaurant. Now it mainly operates as a drive-thru, leaving only a handful of parking spots available; though you can park in nearby lots like those by Walmart. The food is still good, and the staff are generally okay, but their attitude and knowledge can be inconsistent. One annoying policy is their refusal to accept bills over $20. I get the reasoning to some extent, but it’s still disappointing to have legal tender turned away. Still, it’s Jimmy John’s, so I might give it another try in a few months. It’s not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
The new Beefy American Crunch sandwich is a must-try, but it's only available for a limited time! The Kickin' Ranch sauce is amazing—I absolutely love it! I'm a huge fan of this restaurant; it boasts a great location, friendly and polite staff, and is always spotless. Plus, those tempting free aromas always make me crave a sandwich every time!
There were three employees inside the store and no one in the drive-thru, yet they wouldn't let me come inside to buy a sandwich. It seems they only serve customers who arrive by car.
The drive-thru was quick, but the bread and ingredients were cold, as if they had been stored in the refrigerator. My mom wasn’t impressed.
