Ordering from here is like buying a delivery lotto scratcher. More often than not you will lose. Best to avoid delivery from this location. Out of the last 5 times ordering from here, there was an issue with 4 of the order deliveries. Late mostly and I live 2 miles away. Today I ordered and tracked via the website. Instructions were to leave at door and ring bell. After almost an hour for one sandwich, chips and a drink at 1:30 in the afternoon, suddenly I see eat on the tracker. No bell ring. So I go outside and no food. I walk to my 4 closest neighbor 's houses no food. I call and the person said it was indeed delivered.I shared with her that we have cameras and nobody rang the bell, so wh...
Do not order from this location. The delivery times are ridiculous, often over an hour. I only order from here because it prompts as my local shop on the app. They will not answer the phone, there’s nothing you can do to communicate with anyone there. They are horribly unapologetic about it too. If this happened once i wouldn’t be so upset but it’s almost every time I’ve chosen to take my chance with them.
My time has come to a end. Everytime I order there is a issue. I was on hold for over 10 minutes the lady has a attitude that answers phone. I used to order all the time now I am done not worth the attitude and they always make excuses before they fail I ain't got time for it anymore. Looks like jersey mikes getting my business now it's been a nice run before you failed me bye
I really enjoy Jimmy John’s, but I can no longer order from this location, which is quite frustrating since the app automatically selects it for you. They consistently take over an hour to deliver, and when I try to call for an estimated delivery time, they never answer. This location is quite incompetent. I would recommend avoiding it entirely.

I had a very unpleasant experience dining in. The staff discarded our sandwiches and drinks while they took a one-minute bathroom break. Instead of apologizing, they blamed us for not informing them about their breaks, which is not a good business practice. It seems like the employees lack common sense. I will not be returning to this location.
Three cheers for the delivery driver who flawlessly caught my wild terrier as she dashed out of my front door like a little piglet! Quick thinking and a fantastic save! And the sandwich was delicious too. Yum!
