Jimmy John's - Reserva de mesa

I will never visit this restaurant again. I placed an online order, but what I received was completely different and quite disgusting. I even tipped the staff! When I called the store, they informed me that my order didn't go through as I had requested, and they simply shrugged it off. DO NOT place an online order with them. If their system fails to process it correctly, like mine did, you'll be out both your money and your time. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, which is 10 minutes away, and it was clear they didn't care at all.

It's been a while since I visited this place, and I found myself craving it. I arrived at 6:30 PM on a Sunday, expecting it to be busy, but I imagined they would be prepared. Instead, there was just one person taking orders and making sandwiches. In fact, that was the only employee I saw, though I believe I heard some staff in the back. I stood there for five minutes watching him make sandwiches for the one customer ahead of me, and eventually, I walked out. I won’t be returning. The place is poorly managed, which is a shame because it used to be good.

I went here to get a sub for the 1st time. I simply asked to exchange the capicola meat for turkey. I didn't want extra meat just wamtes to exchange one meat for the other bc they didn't have ham turkey and salami sub. They wanted to charge me an extra 1.75 like seriously. The gentleman was rude about it. I will not go back to this place.

I ordered some sort of BLT, and it was delicious! The salad was fresh and the bacon was crispy as I like it. They made my meal in a timely way, but they didn't seem to be rushing. I personally wished they had more bread and drinking options (not the company's fault), but I enjoyed every bite and will return! Reserva una mesa ahora

This was our first time trying these sandwiches. We ordered the turkey, and it was delicious. We'll definitely try another one next time!
