I found bugs in my food, which was very upsetting. I contacted the company by email, but after two weeks, their only response was to ask me to complete a survey—completely inadequate given the issue. On top of that, my order had two mistakes. Because of this, I’ve decided not to return to the Jimmy John’s in Jonesboro. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with children.
I ordered a number 16 salad wrapped up, but it ended up spilling all over my shirt and staining it. This was my first time ordering it. The turkey had an odd taste, so I won't be ordering it again, even though I had a good experience the first time.
I tried the Slim Tuna sandwich at a catering event, and I have to say it was disappointing. The word "slim" seemed to refer mainly to the amount of tuna, as it felt like I was mostly eating bread with very little tuna inside.
