I’m a regular at Jimmy John’s, and every time I walk in, I can sense the strong work ethic of the staff. The manager, DQ, is especially impressive. His dedication to crafting sandwiches is incredible, and he always offers great suggestions on what to try. His enthusiasm for making sandwiches and caring about the customer experience really stands out. Keep up the great work, DQ—you’re destined for success!
I had the Gargantuan today and it exceeded my expectations. The sandwich was packed with flavor, and the bread was fresh. I also liked that Powerade was available as a drink choice. The interior was modern and spotless, which I really enjoyed. The staff—David, Veronica, and Jonathan—were warm and friendly. I’m definitely looking forward to returning.
I stopped by Jimmy John's for a work lunch and ordered a sandwich, which I received very quickly—faster than other nearby locations. I sat down, ate, and left without any issues. The only downside was finding parking for my work truck; the street was busy, but I was able to find a spot on Ridge Terrace. Overall, a great, speedy experience.
I ordered a turkey sub about two weeks ago. The order was incorrect. And it took about 45 minutes for it to be delivered. And they put the delivery fee of $3.00, plus a standard tip on the bill. I think they had alot of nerve. It's my last time everordering from them again. Reserva una mesa ahora
Ordered 50 min ago..... Called and asked if the driver got lost and whoever was on the call acknowledged he has been out for 40 min and had 8 deliveries. He should they would be here any minute. It's been 10 minutes. This is not FREAKY FAST! Our businessis 10 min away. SMDH
Over an hour and 20 minutes later, my sandwich still hasn't arrived, and I live just 4 minutes away. Never ever order delivery from this location. Don’t do it. Oh, he just pulled up—so it took an hour and 22 minutes for a sandwich? Ridiculous.
The restaurant was spotless, the staff were attentive, and the food tasted amazing.
