Thank you for offering our employees these complimentary lunches! As a courier driver, I truly appreciate moments like this. Most of the time, we have to eat on the go to ensure our deliveries are made on time, and dining out every day can get quite expensive. Please continue to provide these lunches, and I can guarantee that I will keep enjoying them!
Took 2 hours to get my food delivered. Called twice. No option to change to pick up even though food was not even made after an hour. Seems to be a common occurrence every time I order here. Worst part: the owner sends out a generic message to send feedback to their headquarter hub. They don?t care. Poor experience ? won?t be back

As as courier driver I can appreciate times like this.. 98%of the time we have to eat on the go so we can make our deliveries on time and eating out everyday can get expensive so please keepcoming back and I know for sure that I will keep eating ???????? good.
Ordered my food over an hour ago with an 18 minute delivery expectation. I can understand being late but not even letting me know is ridiculous. Update! It being so late I eventually called to just cancel it. They then just labeled my order as complete and charged me including still accepting the tip for doing nothing. Reserva una mesa ahora
The restaurant closes at 8 PM, but the doors were locked by 5:48 PM, even though it looked open. The employees were just hanging out inside, and it was difficult to find someone to help. This place has a reputation for closing early, so they really should update their hours on Google.
The food is quite good, but I often face issues when trying to place an order. I frequently receive notifications that they can’t deliver, or that orders are taking longer than usual. This is very disappointing. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not seem to live up to its motto.
The 3rd time i've been there and they closed an hour early. Workers were always still in the store...change the store hours or take 20 seconds and make me a sammy brah....is this how karens are created?

Jimmy John's delivered my order accurately, but it arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected, and unfortunately, the sandwich was dry and seemed old.
