These folks are fantastic! I placed an order and, since I sometimes speak quickly, my driver didn't catch that I wanted a soda. When I mentioned to him that my drink was missing, they were ready to drive all the way back to bring it to me. I thought it was just a drink, so I called the restaurant to say there's no need for them to make that trip. Later, I checked my receipt and saw that the soda wasn't even charged. I was enjoying my food when there was a knock at the door, and it was the driver who had gone to the convenience store to get me a soda. That was incredibly generous of them, and I will definitely continue to support this place! Thank you!

The restaurant truly delivers on quick service, offering a fantastic selection of fresh and high-quality food at very reasonable prices. Regardless of the location you visit, the service is consistently excellent, with top-notch subs and speedy service whether you order for delivery or dine in. I stopped by for a sandwich, and to be honest, I'm not usually a fan of Jimmy John's, but I wasn't in the mood for Subway, so I ended up here. They were super busy and had run out of their usual bread, so only whole wheat was available. That worked for me, so I decided to try a sandwich on wheat (which I hadn't had before). I was genuinely impressed! The bread was fresh and soft, much better than their regular white bread. Despite the rush, my order was ready quickly and it was correct. I work just up the hill, so I'll definitely be happy to come back to this Jimmy John's in the future.
I haven't visited a JJ's in years, but I love grabbing a sandwich after a refreshing cold plunge in the Sound. Since JJ's is typically closed at that time, I've been opting for Subway instead. However, it was open tonight, and I noticed they've updated their hours to close at 9 PM. I ordered the Tuscan Italian sandwich, along with pesto pasta salad and potato salad for a taste test, and I added some salt and vinegar chips. Good Day Jimmy John's Team, I wanted to take a moment and write about few experiences I've had at your location. I've come into the Everett area now more often then less. With that I have been taken care of by Steve. Steve brings great service each and every time. From knowing my order prior to me showing up to treating all with great service, no matter how busy the location gets. Steve keep up and great work, it really does show. Best Regards, Max
I used to love this location, but lately, their service has really declined compared to what it used to be. They are often slow and seem to spend a lot of time chatting every time I visit. Today was a perfect example of this. I waited longer than usual, and it wasn’t even busy at 1:30 PM. I always order the same sandwich (#9 Italian), but they forgot to add vinegar and oregano-basil. Not good at all.
I really enjoy ordering delivery from this place. The staff is always on time and has a positive attitude; they genuinely seem happy to see me. This was my first time ordering since the menu changed, which made it a bit tricky to find my favorite dish. However, I absolutely loved the new kickin' ranch and can't wait to indulge in it a lot more in the future!
