I despise writing negative reviews it takes a lot for me to feel the need to tell a negative experience. But unfortunately, I found a bug in my Italian Unwich yesterday. It was tucked inside the lettuce wrap portion. Thankfully I had only taken 3 bites. Needless to say I threw the rest away. So I'm just here to say to check your lettuce before you take a bite.I will say that when I called this location to report this, the service was great (which is why I rated 2 stars instead of 1 . I placed an order but never received it. When I called to check on my order, the manager was somewhat rude and I found out that it was delivered to the wrong address. The manager and store owner refused to take responsibility for what the app said. However, after the store owner called me, she said she would personally make it right and deliver the food herself. My husband went to meet her outside and caught the restaurant owner coming from the wrong address with our food that had been sitting there for over 2 hours. It was concerning that they tried to deliver food that had been left out for so long. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant due to their questionable business practices...
Ordered a ham sandwich with no cheese, lettuce tomato pickles and mustard. Get home to no mustard and CHEESE on it. The register girl was nice but the sandwich maker was rude. I'm allergic to mayo and ripped her gloves off with an attitude when she had to redo the sandwich. My fiance has never been and I told him how great it was (my experience at a Florida location). Totally disappointed in a $9 sandwich that's made wrong and with an attitude
Aurora and Shannon at the Jimmy John’s location in Cartersville GA are the fastest, friendliest, polite young ladies we have ever encountered. Their entire demeanor is above reproach. Their perfectionism is what makes Jimmy John’s our only go to for sandwiches. They make the best Un Wich’s ensuring that our sandwiches are always spot on. Thank you Aurora and Shannon.

False information I ordered for delivery only to find out 3 minutes after I paid for order they call stating that they have no delivery person but they processed to take my card anyway I’m still waiting on a refund 8 days later

The staff and food at the restaurant were excellent. However, I found the music to be a bit too intense for my liking.
