After waiting longer than expected, we checked the receipt and noticed the mistake. When we called to report it, they informed us that delivery would be more expensive and that they would need to remake all our sandwiches in order to deliver them. As a result, we had to send someone from the office to pick up the order, and we encountered some of the most unhelpful staff. When the person picked up the order and mentioned that their website needed to be fixed, the employee casually responded, “I don’t know,” which was extremely unhelpful. I usually don't like to complain, but my experience wasn't great this time. The restaurant wasn't very busy, yet my service was lacking. I ordered a plain turkey slim, but I received a #4 instead. I didn't have time to check my order before heading back to work. To make matters worse, the person who assisted me didn't even say thank you. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I don't plan on returning, which is a shame since I really enjoy Jimmy John's.
This restaurant has potential, but my experience was marred by the employees who were working that day. They were coughing without covering their mouths, which was quite troubling. Additionally, my sandwich was prepared incorrectly. The staff member's reaction to my concerns was perplexing, as he seemed annoyed by my complaint. It was a strange experience overall. If I were to return and encounter those same employees again, I would likely choose to leave.
Not as fast as advertised; in fact, they were quite slow. I ordered a veggie sandwich without cheese, lettuce, or mayo, but unfortunately, it came with all three. It took 45 minutes for my food to arrive, even though I only ordered a sandwich, chips, and a drink. I received no napkins, no mayo packets, and no straw. When my order finally came, the bag looked like it had been drop-kicked. Additionally, my soda was watered down and wasn't even the right flavor. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.
